Charming New Smyrna beachfront home. Come and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the spacious deck. Dolphins frequently swim by to say hello and you can walk to nearby Manatee park where manatees frequent much of the year. Manatee park also offers tennis, volleyball, basketball, and a new play set for the kids. Surf or river fish till your hearts content. House is located in the middle of the block and is half a mile away from public parking to the south and three miles from public parking to the north, so this beach not only is VERY PRIVATE, but also CAR FREE. You have your own personal dune walkover to enjoy your little slice of heaven. Canaveral National seashore is two miles to the south and full of wildlife, hiking, boating, etc. 3 br/2.5 bath has downstairs large bedroom with two queen beds, full bath and a family room with a TV and VCR/DVD player. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-size bed & full bath, 2nd bedroom has daybed (2 twins).

New Smyrna Beach is a quiet little beach town with great restaurants and lots of charm! There is the ocean, arts, shopping, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. It is about 1 hour from Orlando and all it's attractions including Disney, Universal, etc. and is also about 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center. Time your visit to the Space Shuttle launch and enjoy the breathtaking launch from the deck, or from the beach! This beach is at least 1/2 mile from any public parking lots and is essentially private, even in busy months. No cars can reach you and the sea turtles will welcome you to their nesting grounds!
