The security deposit will be processed within 10 days of the return of the keys to the unit less any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges if property is not left as required.

We stayed there for a week over Columbus Day week-end. having stayed in a number of beach rentals over 20 yeears, this one rates ttwo-thumbs up for comfort, cleanliness and overall loveliness. Parking is easy and convenient and the walk to the boardwalk is a breeze (as long as you can hot foot it across the "walk" signs in the intersections. Even with it being a rainy week, it was a very relaxing stay...it's a great place to escape into "beach reading" for a week! My mom is disabled and access was easy and convenient.

Beautiful condo, Great location!!

My family has been vacationing in OCMD for 20 years and this past vacation was by far our best one yet due to the condo we rented. We had rented a nice house that a friend owned for years but they sold it this past Spring. Anyway.. we are glad at the way things worked out b/c we tried something new and we are glad we did. The condo is perfect and very spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need and more. The kitchen was very spacious and it was very easy to cook due to its size and all the great utensils and appliances that were provided.The location is perfect too. You can walk to the beach and boardwalk. The condo has alot of other great things to offer as well such as satellite tv, huge laundry room and nice balcony. We have been going to Fish Tales for years and this year was great b/c we could wait for our table while sittng in comfort on the condo baclony. In a nutshell, we are particular about where we stay and we will be returning to this awesome condo for as long as we can. The owners were great and very nice too:)

We can only say...WOW!!!

Kudos to the owners for such a wonderful and spotless condo - we have rented in OC for years and nothing compared to this. We do like to cook some meals and the kitchen was extremely well equipped - we had everything we could ask for and the quality of the utensils/dishes/cookware was excellent. It was only two of us so my husband and I just used the front side of the condo - kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. We just shut the doors to the second and third bedrooms and second bath but they were lovely and furnished very nicely. The living room had a working electric fireplace which came in handy when the temp hit the low 40's! The sunsets were spectacular and the huge balcony overlooking the bay is funished for comfort. The master bedroom had a brand new high quality king mattress which we loved - THANK YOU!! The master bath had a deep spa jet tub which we loved - THANK YOU!!! Closet space was plentiful lots of seating in all rooms and tasteful art and all the walls. The web pictures do not do this property justice as it is much nicer in person and professionally decorated throughout. Note: Our favorite bar in all of OC is Fish Tails which sits across the street - 50 ft away. Perfect! Thanks for a great early spring getaway - hope we can do it again!! Vineland, NJ
