  • You can have the pool heated to 85 degrees during your stay which means you can swim year round. Heating rate is $125 per week. The hit game Rock Band including 2 guitars, drum set and microphone, along with a playstation 2 console and games can be included in your stay for $75 per week.
  • In groups numbering more than 12, up to 18, please add $25 per person, per night for the number over 12.

Feel free to bring your own games with you (put them in a cd/dvd travel case to save room) as well. Rock Band features two guitars, the drum set with sticks, and the microphone so up to four people can play music at a time! Turn it on the outdoor speakers and rock out concert style! Rock band is available to be set up during your time with us for $75 per week. You've probably heard Rock Band and if for some reason you haven't, go ask anyone between 10 and 'too cool to play video games' and they will tell you about it. Rock Band is Guitar Hero but way better because four people play at once and there are drums and a microphone. Everybody knows at least one song on the game which means everyone gets to feel like a rock star! Satisfaction Guarantee - if you have Rock Band and PS2 during your store and don't love it, tell us and we'll refund your $75. You'll love it!

What Michael Loves About Tropical Oasis: I LOVE THIS HOUSE. It's a semi-custom home built in 1954, in the Anaheim Historic Colony. We completely gutted the backyard of everything but this beautiful, huge shady magnolia tree right in the middle of the yard. Angela and I saw the stone and the pool in our heads and subcontracted out the entire backyard. I love the stone, the bbq, the saline pool that's perfect for volleyball, the waterfalls, the baja shelf, the patio (which I built), all of it! I mean, we set this backyard up EXACTLY how we wanted it, and it's awesome! Easily one of my favorite places to be on many levels. Anyway, turns out that pretty much every single person who's been in it since loves it too. The really cool thing is we built the yard to be used year round. We swam more in the winter months than the summer months because of the heated pool. I'll tell you that 85 degree water feels awesome in January! I'm pretty sure you'll love staying at this home. My family and I definitely do! Hope to see you!

Anaheim Vacation - October 2009

This property is perfect for families with very small children all the way up to teenagers. Plenty of toys, games and things to do not to mention the pool. The home was clean and located very close to Disneyland - maybe a 5 minute drive. Also, plenty of shopping, restaurants and other attractions close by.

We were very happy with the service we received and the way the accommodations were prepared for us. Everything is meticulously labeled so you know where it belongs and how it works (remotes, electronics, linens, etc.)

We had one small issue with the coffee maker and a brand new one magically appeared the next day! The service was professional and efficient. Not one complaint from our whole group. We had beautiful weather and so we enjoyed the awesome outdoor kitchen setup on a couple of evenings while the kids played in the pool. What a treat to come home to after LOOOOONG days at Disneyland.

We would definitely return this property and highly recommend it to friends and family.

California Dreaming

We took the family on our 1st California trip to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. This house had anything and everything you could think of from extra pillows to the toys in the kids room. Every room in the house was beautifully maintained and clean. We had never been to California before so we had no idea what to expect while traveling to the attractions we wanted to see but we were so close to everything we wanted to see. Just minutes (literally minutes) from Disney, Knottsberry Farms and Universal Studios. When we weren't at Disney we could hear and see the fireworks from the house. There was so much to do just at the house itself. From the pool table to the ping pong table it had every activity and comforts of home. The beautiful back yard has an enormous pool and hot tub were you can just relax and recharge. The neighborhood was clean and quite and we all felt very safe. It was amazing. We were provided awesome Customer Service and there was never any issues. We would recommend this residence to anyone. Whenever we get the chance to visit California again we will definatly be staying here.

Great house

We had to be in LA for a week for business and this house was fantastic! Perfect location and great amenities. The kitchen is perfect as we cooked most of our meals. Plenty of room in the house and it was nice to have a game room. I would recommend this to anyone needing to be in Anaheim or in LA. Very close to all the freeways and an oasis in the midst of it all. Thanks!

A beautiful home with all mod cons and a variety of extras. Very near Disney which is a bonus and also handy for the LA Angels stadium. Pool and seating area are excellent and make for a very enjoyable stay.
