THE VILLA: This is an Ultra luxurious “Hacienda-Style” 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level, 4500 square foot [2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks] spacious villa. It is built on and into the highest peak on the southern-Baja, 800 ft above sea level and 200 ft above the highest constructed villas in neighboring Pedregal. It boasts it's own private swimming pool in the villa, a BBQ on deck, indoor & outdoor [8-man] jacuzzi. Inside, a fireplace, DSL computer, DVD, 5 TV's [one Plasma big screen]. Finishings are of marble, granite & canterra quality with solid mahogony woodwork. Villa has a washer-dryer, a dish-washer, stove with oven & microwave in the ultra-modern kitchen. Garage in villa. Sleeping arrangements include two rooms with kings, 1 with 2 queens, a sofa-bed for two in downstairs lounge, [and upstairs lounge has a sofa for a child if necessary].
