With over one fully landscaped acre, this Hawaiian getaway features a 50 foot free-form tropical pool, waterfalls, spa, and a thatched roof pool house. The pool area is fully equipped for entertaining, with commercial BBQ, refrigerator, sink, and outdoor shower. The house features large rooms, elegant furnishings, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and wraparound covered decks with mountain, forest, and ocean views in every direction. Secluded and private, yet only minutes to beaches, shopping, and world class surfing, windsurfing, hiking, biking, and sightseeing. This is Hawaii and the North Shore as its best.

Pupukea Hilltop Estate

This home was very relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean. In the mornings we would take our coffee out to the deck and watch the whales and dolphins at play. What a treat!
The description was good but didn't reveal that the property manager and another tenant live downstairs. We thought we would have the house to ourselves.
I would recomment this property, the beach was closeby as well as restaurants and golfing.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway
Owner's Response: There is no longer a manager on the property. A caretaker lives part time in a separate residence and does not use the facilities (pool, yard, etc.) The house, pool, and yard are very private and for the use of tenants only.
