Welcome to paradise. If you are searching for a quiet, sun-filled get-a-way with beach access and high-end shopping and restaurants, then the Fairways at the Mauna on the Big Island is for you. Our townhouse is located within the Fairways at Mauna Lani, a luxurious, private gated community. Just 20 miles north of the Kona airport, Mauna Lani is a resort community. The Kohala coast offers 340 sunshine-filled days each year. We are only a 5-10 minute drive from the famed Hapuna Beach, which has frequently been voted the best beach in the U.S. Nearby at the Kings's Shops at the Waikoloa Beach Resort (a couple of minutes drive) you'll find shopping at Louis Vuitton, Tiffany's, Coach, and Burberry, and quality stores with local Hawaiian flavor. The Fairways at the Mauna Lani has a small town relaxing feel, but without sacrificing luxurious comforts, shopping, and fine dining.

    Make your reservation today! Just email or call. To make a reservation, we need a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Your directions, security gate codes, lock box code (which is at the front door and contains the keys), and local property manager contact info will be sent by email upon final payment. You can pay by check, money order, PayPal, VISA, or Master Card. If you rent by the month, there is a $300 electric charge on top of the monthly rental rate.
