Giant photographic prints featuring Hollywood icons are suspended above antique theater chairs in the gallery hallway which leads past a full guest bathroom and finally, to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a California-King bed and two vintage dressers. The master suite has a romantic, bohemian feel with Mexican mirrors, antique lighting, 12 foot ceilings, three more immense windows and a walk in closet. An over-sized chair and a wall-to-wall library shelf is located on the opposite end of the large room. There is an en-suite tile bathroom equipped with a rain-shower, and an antique dental cabinet which serves as a linen closet. There is wireless connectivity throughout the loft as well as central heat and air conditioning. Throughout the loft there are plants, antiques, and fine art on the walls. It also has a washer/dryer located in the corridor between the kitchen and master bedroom. Towels and sheets are provided by the owner. There is a buzzer/intercom security system installed in the building for the protection of the tenants.
Chelsea Piers, a first class yacht club, driving range, ice rink, health club and bowling alley overlooks the river less than a mile away.
