In the center of the patio is another fully equipped kitchen for those fish fry’s, barbecue dinners, or morning breakfasts. The patio is fully furnished and has six ceiling fans located throughout for your comfort. The screened porch area provides access to an exquisite master bedroom/bathroom suite with spectacular views of the manicured tropical flower garden pathway in the back of the property. This downstairs area will provide for evenings of fun with friends and family.
On pathway to the pool you will find an outdoor shower, and fresh water tub for rinsing your scuba gear and a convenient area for hanging your BC’s, wetsuits, masks and fins. This is located under the home in the same shaded area that you will be parking your cars. No more hot seats in your car on the way to Rum Point! Continuing down the pathway leads you to one of the most beautiful concrete swimming pools on the island, featuring non-slip tile decking, surrounded with a coral wall and tiki torches for those evening swims. The deck is furnished with a patio table and umbrella, four swivel chairs, four chase lounges and a glider.
