This was my first experience renting a villa, as well as my first visit to Cabo. The entire experience was great from start to finish! Brian, the owner, was fantastic to work with and Juan, the host, was wonderful! We felt like we were the lifestyles of the rich and famous for a week! Juan stocked the fridge and cupboards for us prior to our arrival for a very reasonable rate! We also had massages and pedicures in the house and were able to pick out and set up for excursions, all without ever leaving the house! But when we did leave the house, it was conveniently located, but I recommend you rent a car if you can because going up the hill is brutal and cabs can be inconsistent and try to rip you off. The house itself, however is very secure and beautiful! The neighborhood is gorgeous and the views are unbelieveable! All in all, this is the perfect vacation place! I recommend it to all and am plannning to go back again as soon as I can!!!!

Fantastic place, Great Host, Loved it

The Villa is exactly as shown in the pictures & as was explained if not better. I would give it a higher number it was there.
We ourselves own several properties in Manhattan. I must say the customer service provided was more than excellent. The manager Juan is most helpful & will make sure that your stay is most comfortable.
With that said. The property is located in a upscale gated community of Cabo (Pedregal) with multi million Dollar home & with its own private beach only accessible to the residents. Downtown is a 5 min drive, with a sea of restaurants. Juan will anyways give you his advise on the activities.
Brian the owner is great in communicating and will make sure that you are comfortable and happy. The villa is very private with a 24 feet wall around it, My wife & i thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
We are definitely coming back.

Beautifu Villa in Cabo

This house was exactly as it was described!! We had a beautiful house with flowers in full bloom.The maid came everyday and cleaned up for us. The pool was great. The local manager met us and gave us a tour of the house, answered all our questions, and was very helful with local information about Cabo. A car is a must, the hill up to the house was a killer!! It was very secure also!

This was our first experience booking a home versus staying in a hotel. Since I was bringing the kids my main priority was security and cost. I was happily surprised when we arrived. Not only was the home very private and secure I learned that the area has its own private security force that patrols 24 hours a day.

Everything at the home was what they said it would be and we were even able to drink the water! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and genuinely felt at home. Since we were close to downtown Cabo, it was easy to roll down the hill to hit the beach, eat and shop.
