3 Houses down from the beach. 3 bedrooms (1st floor bedroom has a Queen , 2nd floor bedroom has Queen and Twin and 3rd bedroom has Two Twins) 1 full bathroom. Huge family room that will sleep other additional people. Cable TV , Central Air conditioning, Internet Hook-up Towels and Linens included. Fully stocked kitchen to include pots and pans, glassware and plates. All you need to supply is the food! Outside patio and two other decks to enjoy the ocean air. Beach Chairs provided, along with sand toys. Cable Television and Internet Hook up

The City of Newburyport, Full of Old World Architectural Charm, and Modern Stores and Restaurants, is a Five Minute Drive Away. There Are Numerous Summer Happenings in Town, with Outdoor Evening Concerts, Theater, Movies, and Other Fun Events. Most Notable is the Annual Yankee Homecoming Festival Which Runs at the End of July - Beginning of August. Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing. Outlets in Kittery are 45 minute drive. Buses to Boston available in Newburyport. This island is a great location for families wanting to travel to a pleasant beach area, without all the tourists

Excellent House!

We rent every year and this house is excellent! It is always clean and everything you need is right there. The house is very close to the beach. This family takes care of there house very well. It is great for everyone. We will go back each year because its so excellent!

Great rental, close to everything

Much more spacious than it looks from the street. Has all the amemities of home to make for a very enjoyable stay.

This is great place to rent right on teh main road affording easy access yet it is just steps from the beautiful Plum Island beach. Has all the amenities needed for a great relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.
