We just returned from our annual trip and we had a great time. My family has been renting houses in Newport for years and this year we decided to venture to this house, site unseen. After seeing the other review I did get concerned and contacted Traci. She was very reassuring and again advised me to call with any issues.

We were very pleased with the house. The description and photos were right on. This house is a lot nicer than many we have encountered in the area. There were a few issues with the faucets / hardware in the restrooms, but not bad enough to call the rental co. I did mention to them after we left, so they were aware of this. Of course this is a beach house rental, NOT the Ritz. It is a different vacation and for the price and location it is great.

The one thing that I do agree with the other review is the twin room. There is no way to fully pull out the second trundle to sleep four. There was not enough room at all! So we had to have one person on the couch, which was way more comfortable then any of the twin beds. They were awful, and I am not picky. They shoudl consider bunk beds in this room as it is perfect for kids and would allow more space.

The BBQ / Balcony were great. We all fit perfect. We loveed the openess of the kitchen. We BBQ and cooked everyday there with ease.
