This beautifully decorated and well-appointed beach house is located in Nags Head with views of the ocean and sound. It will make your vacation dreams come true. Built in 2002, it features central heating and air conditioning, a master suite with jacuzzi tub, an in ground swimming pool with privacy fence, hot tub, high speed wireless Internet access, cathedral ceilings in both the living room and master suite, gas fireplace, a game room with Foosball table and a Tiki Bar next to the pool for afternoon relaxation. This beach home is located just 3 lots from the Ocean, and just a short stroll from the beach and Jennette's Pier. Enjoy ocean and sound views with magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

First Level Features: The first level features a recreation room with TV and Foosball table, bathroom and a washer/dryer, with steps leading to the pool, covered hot tub and Tiki Bar, and outdoor shower enclosed in a privacy fence. There is a fish cleaning area, built in BBQ and horseshoe pit.

Second Level Features: On the second level you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a pyramid bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) with two full bathrooms available. There are covered porches to the front featuring a view of the sound, and to the rear featuring a view of the ocean.

Third Level Features: The third level features the master suite with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and a cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, and blender, with a breakfast bar seating 4 next to an adjoining dining area which seats 8. The kitchen, dining area and living room all feature cathedral ceilings throughout. You can enjoy the big screen TV while enjoying a warm fire on a cool evening. The living room opens to a full length deck featuring lovely ocean views.

We enjoyed our stay at Nags Head - in general. The one thing that was a pain is that we had to call the maintenance man 2-3 times. The air on the second floor stopped working and this was fixed right away. The lock for the door did not work the whole time we were there. We were told the locksmith would come, but he never did. We did not like leaving the house without locking it, but we had to. What didn't help was that we were given the wrong information of who to get ahold of if there were problems. The description of the house was great and it was nice and clean. The location was good - just a block from the beach. It's a nice house to rent if you have kids.
Owner's Response: I'm sorry that the electronic lock failed during Bobbi5's stay. The maintenance man did come by and unfortunately the lock could not be repaired, but had to be replaced. The new lock came from Colorado so it took a few days, but has been replaced. As an owner, I respond immediately to any problem and necessary repair and have local maintenance people to handle the problems.

Winter Spectacular Getaway

When my kids' schools decided to close for the Inauguration Day, I told my husband that we should hop in our van & head to Nags Head for a long weekend getaway. We've been to NagsHead before and thrice using the same old rental house BUT this time, we had to find a pet friendly place for our puppy. When I saw the pictures of this townhome seaerching the internet, I fell in love with it and so did my family. The house is spotless, smells nice and just the layout is grand. The kids loved having their own rooms just like at home. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi. We all took turns cooking - the kitchen has everything! The location is magnificent. You wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. It's close to our fave grocery store - Harris Teeter; and most important of all, just a stone throw away to the church for our Sunday mass. I would recommend this place and I actually did. While there, we easily plugged in our laptop and was able to email pictures of the house and the ocean view to all our friends and family here in USA and abroad. They loved it too. The decor is very elegant. For a pet friendly vacation place, this is much much better than any 5 star hotel. YES, we will definitely go back and rent this place again and again.

This is a wonderful home my family spent thanksgiving there and we had a great time, the home has lots of room and many extra's. My babies (dogs) loved the walk to the beach and the hot tub was great after a cool walk on the beach! I will diffently stay here again. The owners are easily reached and great to deal with
