This beautiful home is located in a quite upscale neighborhood in Apollo Beach about 15 miles South of Tampa Florida. Its backyard fence gate opens to large quite school playgrounds for added privacy. The property has large private backyard. The pool is quite large with fountain. Brand new installed heater and salt-base chlorine system easy on the skin and eyes, which feels like swimming in the bay, yet cleaner. The pool is heated and has screen-cage enclosure. The pool also attaches to our beautiful large size screened, tiled, and shaded Lanai with outdoor dining set and BBQ grill.

  • Policies:
    All rates are subject to 7% Sales and 5% Tourist tax. House keeping charges are due 30 days prior to occupancy. For rentals less than a week the cost will be for minimum five nights plus tax. Solar pool heat will be free (up to 92 degree). Backup Electric (82 degrees) that will work when the outside temperature is over 55 degrees. Rates for increased electric temperature to 85-90 degrees is available at $40-80 /week.

    Refunds Cancellation:
    Full refund when canceled 60 days prior to arrival. Partial refund is made depending on re-lease of the property if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival. The $300 Security deposit is refunded back within 30 days after departure. Long distance calls (except US and Canada calls included in our phone plan), extra kitchen-cleaning charges, or damages to this property caused by tenants will be deducted from the deposit. Free US and Canada long distance calls.
  • Deposit Policy:
    $300 refundable security deposit is required to secure this home. First-Come-First-Serve Policy for reservation. When a reservation is made, the property will not be available for reservation. Inquiry about the property does not guarantee the property will be available for reservation. $300 Refundable Security deposit is needed to reserve this home. Deposit is partially refundable for cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made on-line via PayPal (e-mail for detail).

There is a queen-size sleeper-sofa in second living room area. Our comfortable living area offers fireplace, entertainment center including TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system that also links to the Lanai speakers. Wireless Internet is available throughout the home; additional wired cables are available for none-wireless computers. Speaker and cordless phones available. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment including, double coven, flat 5-burners range, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, all stainless steal, coffee maker, roaster, mixer, food chopper (small), slow cooker, deep fryer, plates, utensils, cups, etc. Our rule, if you miss need to add a kitchen item, buy with reasonable price and send me the receipt for full refund. We just added SOLAR heaters for the pool and the hot water heaters to save energy!!!

Perfect for our family vacation

Our family had a great time at this home in Riverview. Only a few minutes from grocery stores, etc. and yet in a very quiet neighborhood, our family of 9 found it very convenient to get to area tourist destinations such as Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg. It was great to come back to the air conditioned house and cook dinner on the grill while my young grandchildren swam in the pool.
We highly recommend this home.

Great House

Midwest tour derailed Indiana

My family just spent a week here and didn't want to leave. We lived in the area years ago and knew this would be a central location to family and the activities we wanted to do. Florida has made some great improvements to it's highways and the drive to Busch Gardens is now quick and easy. Our favorite beach and fishing location, Fort Desoto is also an easy drive.
We have our favorite restaurants we always visit when in town. Beef O' Brady's and Babe's double decker Pizza. The visit would not be a complete without stopping.
There's plenty of shopping close by as well as a Publix grocery store in both directions. I made out a menu, ran by the store and we were set. The kitchen stainless steel appliances were great. I had no trouble putting together family meals with ample dishes, pots/pans and utensils. My famly was hooked on the pool. It was great to have our own oasis to enjoy any time of day. There was a large covered porch attached to the pool lanai that had a large table/chairs where we enjoyed all our meals. It was also great to see my grandson discover swimming for the first time at 7 months old. Another great thing about this house was that it had a crib in one of the bedrooms so my grandson was right at home. I would rent this house again in a heart beat, it was a fun and relaxing vacation.

We had a group of 8 and had a very comfortable and fun time here. Lots of space and places to sleep, and the pictures do not do it justice in general. The lanai is very nice with speakers outside for listening. It is a pretty close ride to I-75 or CR-301 which got us to the Hard Rock and dowtown Tampa in no time. If the backyard isn't big enough for you, the gate opens up to 3 or 4 soccer fields, a great place to throw the frisbee or football outside school hours. Good value for the money. Good property management.

Beautiful Home!

We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this was one of the best! The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The master suite and bath are gorgeous. It was 3-4 miles from nice restaurants and a grocery store. Our kids (ages 7-16) really enjoyed the heated pool with the color shifting lights. We easily fitted 7 people in without anyone sleeping on a couch or in a public area. I would not hesitate to rent it again or recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous family vacation spot! The private screened heated pool was a hit with the grandchildren..... from first dip in the morning to midnight swims under the stars. The latches were placed high so toddlers couldn't get out alone even if door wasn't locked. They were grocery stores and drug stores nearby for forgotten items. The weather was perfect and meals were delightful on the screened lanai. The house was neat and clean. The pool man came every week and handyman was nearby and we felt well taken care of. My security deposit was speedily returned The schoolyard out the back gate with soccer field, full court basketball, monkey bars, and fenced playground was a plus when school was not in session. Attractions nearby we enjoyed: DeSoto beach, Manatee watching and Apollo Beach, Florida Aquarium, Hillsborough River Park (Had lots of fun renting canoes and seeing alligators).
Family is hoping we can do this again next year. A great two week stay.
