This fully furnished and equipped apartment includes a master bedroom and bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6, comfortable living room and a beautiful outside patio. It is located in Chalets de la Playa, a private, gated community with many amenities like tennis courts, swimming pools with whirlpools, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, fitness center, club houses, children playgrounds and several gated accesses to the beach. Walk a few hundred feet and explore the vibrant marine life of the Caribbean coral reefs while snorkeling around the complex secluded beach.     All taxes and additional fees are included. To make your reservation pay a refundable damage deposit of $400 using your credit card or checking account through Paypal, or by mail using a certified check. Full remaining payment due at check-in using the same payment methods.
    Cancellation policy:
    Cancellations down to 40 days prior to check-in date have no penalty fees.
    Cancellation fees are incremental and based on the number of days remaining to check-in day at a rate of $10 per day. For example, if cancellation is made 39 days prior, the penalty is $10; 5 days prior, the penalty is $350; 1 day prior, the penalty is $390. If cancellation is made on check-in day or later, the penalty is $400. If rescheduled, any accrued penalty fees will be credited.

Our family of 7 had a blast at this location! We were able to relax in a wonderful atmosphere with all the commodities necessary. The Beach near the site is literally a few minutes away. Our family would go back in a heartbeat. The location was immaculate and the people receiving us were just wonderful. If you want to relax away from all the noise, this is the place to go. Excellent for families or anyone wanting to stay at home away from home! Muy chevere!

Great Time!!

The beach was literally down the road. Onsite pool was very nice. The aptartment had everything we could've needed. There was 7 of us, 3 adults 4 kids.
We were all comfortable. Overall a great time! We would definately go and stay there again. :0)

Awesome Place in Puerto Rico!!

This place is so spectacular and awesome! Extremely Clean and Safe! It was not far from any great sites. When we were done with our busy day site seeing you could go back and relax in your choice of two different pools, enjoy tennis, or basketball or even your own private beach. We can't wait to go back again!! We highly recommend the Chaylet de la Playas!

Great stay at Chalets de la Playa!!

This was our 1st time to PR as a family. Our party consisted of 7 (my wife, son, daughter, sister-in-law, niece, father-in-law, and me). We had a 3 bedroom, 2BA apartment. All the amenities we needed were present, and it was very spacious. Very clean and FAR more affordable than any hotel or motel, and probably more secure & private. You will definitely need a car if you stay here as it isn't near a lot of things.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
