Located in the heart of the action between Park and Broadway in the Grammercy Park area, this stylish and comfortable apartment is convenient to the Big Apple's finest attractions. Near all transportation, including buses, subway and taxi's, you'll be able to enjoy night life options, as well. This jewel is situated in the middle of restaurant row. We are confident you'll enjoy eating in many of the city's finest establishments located on our block. The spacious apartment has just been totally renovated with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, and most importantly, a washer and dryer! You can even work on your tan on the huge outdoor balcony! Just in case you have to break away from the city's tremendous entertainment opportunities, be sure to bring your laptop, we have a desk ready and waiting for you with Internet access. On a historical note, the apartment is across the street from the Teddy Roosevelt birthplace museum.

I stayed here with my two adult children, it was perfect, we loved the location and everything was perfect. There was a great farmer market close at union square, plus a nice grocery store around the corner..got some goodies so we could eat breakfast in. I would tell all our friends and family to stay there. The owner was great about getting back to us. Excellent!!!

Absolutely charming, clean and cozy Pied-a-terre

This apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. It has a very nice, modern kitchen with all the needed items to cook (we made Christmas dinner for ourselves). The living area is spacious and very well-appointed, with a full sized (at least 7 feet long) leather sofa and a chair, which face a very nice HD television set. The location cannot be beat -- the building is next door to an abundance of good restaurants and across the street from the Gramercy Tavern. The subway station was 3 blocks away and very convenient. We just loved our stay and will absolutely, 100% rent this apartment again.

Stayed here in Oct 2008 - the apartment was perfect for our girls weekend in New York. It was clean and well-maintained, its small but the roof terrace made it seem so much bigger.
The location was ideal, very central with a great deli and supermarket nearby. Plenty of restaurants around - we liked to have a drink in the Pizza restaurant downstairs. Customer service by the owner was excellent - meeting us as arranged, providing directions and storing our luggage on our last day.
Would recommend this apartment to friends.

Excellent location; close enough to entertainment but far enough away that it was quieter. Very clean and well maintained. Near subway. Our only complaints was that the toaster and hair dryer were missing, but they were advertised online. Grocery stores, farmers market and restaurants nearby.

This apt. is in a wonderful location. Just a couple of blocks to Union Square, which offers Sat. markets and always a choice of subway locations. The apt. was nicely furnished, not too much stuff! The neighborhood was safe and convenient. Just across the street was Gramercy Tavern, Flute, and around the corner Craftbar. Not to mention the wonderful restaurants in the Union Square area. The owner and her assistant were always accessible. Taxis were at our beckon call on Broadway or Park. We would highly recommend this property.
