This beautifully furnished 5 Bed 3 Bath home is located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Community. The pool and large spa and deck overlooks the 1st fairway. The home has every luxury & amenity imaginable and is ideal for large family reunions, group of golfers, or maybe two families who wish to spread the cost of their vacation.
The home has 2 Master King Suites, 2 Queen Bedrooms & 1 Twin Bedroom, all with Cable TV and the Twin Bedroom has a TV/DVD. The Family Room is very comfortable and has a large screen TV, DVD/VCR and a CD stereo system. For the game lovers there is a pool table room with TV and in the garage as well as housing one car there is an Air Hockey table and foosball.
There is a large pool deck which faces West, ideal for the sunworshippers and there is a covered deck area for those guests who require shade. The deck, pool and fantastic spa overlook the golf course.
The community offers a Mike Dasher designed 18 hole championship golf course, an all-weather tennis court, a childrens playground and a community swimming pool. There is s trip Mall next to the community with a Publix Supermarket, a Chinese take-away and a Pizza Parlor.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
