Walk out to wrap around deck from kitchen looking out on large wooded corner lot. Beautiful new patio and landscaping. Cathedral ceilings. Great Room with wood burning fireplace, laundry room, beach passes. Full security system. Park the car, and leave the linens, kitchenware, and furnishings to us. Enjoy family and friends with short 2 block strolls to restaurants, shopping, and theatre, and leave the hassles behind. Available for URI School Year 09/10 Credit Check, Deposit, and Lease Required

Welcome and thanks for staying with us. 2007/8 was our first season owning Kinsale West and we are extremely proud and excited on selling out. We plan to stay every summer and have set the house up as our home. The solitude of the property and its beautiful yard & woods, combined with the proximity to the Pier and Town beach sold us and we are sure it'll sell you as well!
