This house has plenty of rooms for adults and Children to have their own space. Feed the kiddies then pop in a DVD in the Den. Adults can watch the sunset over the bay on the deck or screened porch. Large sitting area in living room separate from Den. Games cabinet Full of videos, board games and puzzles. Garage filled with Bikes, Boogie Boards, Kites, beach chairs and Beach toys and a huge beach wagon to pull it the 2 blocks to the guarded beach. The backyard playhouse dubbed the 'shore shack' by my kids will entertain little ones on rainy days. 2nd Fridge in Garage for Dad to keep his Beer Cold. Guest wing with private bath and back stairs separate from rest of bedrooms. Perfect for a nanny or grandparents. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. Location, Location, Location. On the corner of a quiet street that dead-ends into the bay. Sit on the porch and watch the kids ride bikes or crab in the bay. Or walk 2 short blocks to the Guarded Beach. Central Market and shops are a 7 minute walk. Awake each morning from your King Size Bed and sip coffee from the master bedroom's deck and look out to the boats passing by on the Bay. A constant breeze blows in from the water, but if it gets really humid the newly installed central A/C will cool you off.

Plenty of space for kids while adults have several areas for private enjoyment: sunset views of the bay from 2nd floor deck, cocktails on screened porch or large seating area in living room. Huge dining room with seating for 14 is perfect for gatherings of a large clan. 2 full, 2 half baths and outdoor shower. Private Patio with gas grill., outdoor dining set and lots of adirondack chairs 5th bedroom & 1/2 bath is in private guest wing with separate stairs to insure privacy from rest of family bedrooms - perfect for a nanny or visiting guests.

Kids playhouse in backyard to occupy them on rainy days. Garage is filled with adult and kids bikes, boogie boards, kites, beach toys, beach chairs and huge beach wagon to carry it all the short walk to the guarded beach. Central A/C just installed. Cable TV, VCR/DVD (lots of videos and games), DW, W/D, microwave (all new appliances). Includes towels, bedding, 8 beach badges and fully outfitted kitchen. This house is in an upscale neighborhood and has every thing you need for the perfect pet friendly vacation. The bay view is beautiful and the beach is nearby. There are several restaurants in the area. They provide bikes, linens, towels and many extras so it is well worth the price. The house layout is very convenient and there is plenty of space if you need quiet time. The owners were available to answer any questions and I would highly recommend this property for the perfect beach vacation.

Fantastic Bay Head Home!!

My family and I stayed at this home in Bay Head the week of Memorial Day and it was unbelieveable. Besides being a gorgeous home, the landlord was easy to get a hold of and very accomodating. The home had every ammenity that you could possibly think of. It was a block away from the beach and bay. Beautiful days and quiet night made our vacation unforgettable.

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Bay Head and it was due in large part to this house! It has everything you need to relax and enjoy the surroundings. From beach supplies, bikes and back yard grill to the amazing home itself. It had all of the modern day ammenities and was very clean. The decorations and styling were so charming that we didn't want to leave! It was the perfect home base for our trip. There really was no reason to ever get in your car once you arrived. The home is centrally located, but on a quite family oriented street. The owner was very easy to work with and really wanted us to have a great time!

Bay Head Paradise!!!

The experience that we had in this particular vacation rental was fantastic! The house was very clean and provided our every need....
We were very close to the beach and had plenty of beach towels,chairs and fun toys such as kites,frisbees ,balls....There were bikes for us to do our exploring with which we used often...The little town of Bayhead is charming and quite beautiful.The private beach was well maintained and a five minute walk...The bay was very close, only a few houses away!!
We would highly recommend this vacation home to all.The owner was very accomadating and easy to reach if need be...
In conclusion,if you are looking for a beautiful,relaxing home in close proximity to fabulous beaches,great restaurants in a wonderful seaside town then this one is for you!
