Our beautiful single storey 4 Bed 3 Bath 'Executive' home is located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community, only an 11 minute drive to Walt Disney World.
The home features a formal sitting area, a formal dining room, a large family room with a Large TV /DVD/VCR and a CD stereo all with surround sound. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook and breakfast bar, a laundry room with washer & dryer.
The bedroom configuration consists of a huge King Master Suite which includes a Jacuzzi tub and a sitting room looking out onto the pool and conservation area. The second Master is a Queen Suite and there is a further Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom and the third bathroom.
The home has a nice large lanai and deck, a heated pool & spa which faces west towards a conservation area, making it ideal for the sun worshippers and for watching those famous Florida sunsets.
Highlands Reserve Community offers a challenging, championship, Mike Dasher designed 18 hole golf course, an all-weather tennis court, a children's playground and a community pool. Next door to the community is a Publix Supermarket and a strip Mall containing a Chinese Take-Away & Pizza Parlor.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
