Playa Hermosa is a 20 minutes ride from the Liberia Airport. Playa Hermosa is close to many activities. Fishing is just out the front door. Sailing and all water activities are right on the beach. Canopy tours are within a 20 minutes drive. Playas del Coco is just a few minutes away with all its local color and shopping. The supermarket, ATM, Casino and many restaurants are also there in Coco. Beachfront Properties can arrange tours to the volcanoes and rain forests.

Interior: 3 large and comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths TV room with pull out couch and extra 1/2 bath. Modern American kitchen with all the utilities necessary to prepare any meal. Large living room dining area with ocean vistas through a wall of continuing glass. Balconies off the master bedroom view upon the beauty of Playa Hermosa.

Exterior: Large tiled swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi tub are only a few feet away from a extremely large and well furnished covered patio. Stainless grill for preparing the 'daily catch' and outdoor dining compliment the Villa's outdoor experience.

Beachfront Golf: As with all Beachfront Properties Rentals, Renters of Villa Nube Nueve will have golf privileges at Papagayo Golf and Country Club at reduced rates. Daily space is limited to 4 rounds of golf and subject to availability. See your Beachfront representative for further information.

Nube Nueve is Heaven

We stayed at Nube Nueve for a week in Feb 09 and it was perfect. We rented it through Beachfront Rentals in Playa Hermosa www.beachfront-cr.com this is the second year we have rented a villa through them and they are very easy to work with. The villa is in like new shape, very clean, spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. We had three couples and it was the perfect size. The pool was great as was the patio and the views and sunsets are beautiful. Playa Hermosa is a growing beach community and the villa is an easy walk to the beach, grocery stores (new one) and restaurants. If you want to go to Playa Coco it is an easy 10 min drive and there you will find more restaurants, night life, stores, etc. Gus is the concierge for Beachfront Rentals and he is great and will help you out with anything you need while you are in CR.
You can't go wrong if you rent Nube Nueve or any of the villas through Beachfront Rentals.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a wonderful place to vacation. The house was just as it is pictured and very clean and well kept. Kathryn the maid is a wonderful young lady that always had a smile and was very interesting to visit with. We would love to have taken her home with us!. We would truly recommend this property as a place to vacation. We did the Congo Trail Canope Tour zipline and it was awesome! Everyone should try it. You also need to go the Hot Springs at Tabacon. I would not hesitate to rent this property in the future. Sharon and Dennis

Villa Nube Nueve was not actually where we had planned on staying in Costa Rica,but we are sure glad that it is where we ended up. It is a beautiful home with a fantastic view of Playa Hermosa. We had very relaxing and enjoyable time. We took advantage of the concierge service offered by Beachfront Properties and Guss made some excellent suggestions for excursions to explore and experience the countryside. The staff that maintained the house and pool while we were there went above and beyond normal house keeping to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to the Guanacaste area.
