This newly furnished and remodeled downstairs unit offers nearly 1400 square feet of luxury living space. A very private backyard with an in ground pool and spa is perfect for entertaining. The pool is not shared with the upstairs unit. Ceiling fans throughout keeps the house cool on hot summer days. The upstairs unit is also available for renting with the title of 'Capo Paradise with Private Balcony.' A 10 minute stroll takes you to Capistrano Beach and Doheny State Beach for fun in the sand and water. If sand isn't your thing, stay on top of the bluffs at nearby Pines Park and Palisades Gazebo Park for a 180 degree view of Southern California's magnificent coastline.

Rental Policies: Damages: I, Renter, understand my responsibility as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages to this duplex caused by me or any member of my party. By completing this reservation, I agree to pay the owners for repairs in the event damages are caused by us during our stay, and I agree to pay replacement value for any items which are broken or lost to theft during my stay. Such damages will be reported to the owners as soon as is practical. Liability: I, Renter, agree that the owner is not responsible for any property loss, property damage, or personal injury that occurs to myself or to any member of my party at anytime during our visit. Smoking and Pets: I, Renter, agree not to smoke and not to bring any pets into this duplex. Noise: I, Renter, agree to keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. Cancellation: I, Renter, have read and agree to the cancellation policy for this duplex.

Refunds: Cancellations made inside of 30 days will result in the forfeiture of all funds unless a replacement booking (another renter books the entire period that is to be canceled) can be made.

Deposits: 50% of total (including tax, cleaning, and security deposit) due at time of reservation with the remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Any unused portion of the security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure.

Stayed here in July / August 2009 on our dream holiday to California. The accomodation was everything we were hoping for - spacious, tidy and had everything we needed and so much more too! The kids spent most of the time in the accomodation in the pool which was great and they loved all the pool toys that were provided.
It was always easy to contact the owner if we needed to and we always received quick responses.
The area around the accomodation is lovely - residential but to us, the houses were fantastic to look at - all of them individually built and not like the terassed and semi detached houses we are used to here in Coventry! All the locals that we passed when we were out walking were really friendly which made us feel really welcome.
We had to drive everywhere except the local park and the beach but we knew that when we booked and nothing is too far away - we wanted to be central so that we could visit attractions in San Diego and around Los Angeles too.
I would recommend this accomodation to families - there were 4 of us and it was ideal! When we win the lottery, we will be back!

Great Location

My family has vacationed in the LA area many times and we really liked this property.
The duplex was clean, roomy and surprisingly bright.
The backyard was very private and well kept.
Coming from Canada in January it was nice to see flowers blooming both in the backyard and in the nearby parks. One note to future renters bring the flashlight provided with you if you walk to the bluff to watch the sunset. The neighborhood has very few streetlights but it sure made for some great star gazing from the hot tub.
The location is ideal, close to the beach and easy access to I5 with all amenities just moments from the house. We’ll be back.

Loved It!!!

Thank you so much for the great stay everything was perfect! The private pool and spa were great to come home to each night after a long day and the beds were nice and comfy. The DVD player went out one night and the owner brought another one right over it was incredible! This property is a must do, it is central and almost exactly between LA and San Diego so you could go either way. This home is 2 minutes from Hwy 5, 7 minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from Disney, 35 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm, and 55 minutes to Universal. It is so nice to stay away from staying around the parks the restaurants are always so busy and hectic and the hotels are not as nice as this place and you can save money by cooking a few meals at the house. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and we hope you will have us again.

Fantastic accommodation - facilities very clean and owners thought of everything to make stay perfect. Photos of the pool area do not do it justice, our kids spent hours in the heated pool and spa. Sun on backyard for most of the day but still with areas of shade if sun is not your thing. Great to be near the beach, Dana Point Harbour with restaurants and local stores (5 min car ride). Would definitely recommend to family & friends and would be happy to return to if in the area again.

This property was our first at renting private homes. We were very please to see that it lived up to its description.

Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen and eating nook were great for visiting and cooking.

The hot tub was supper and easy to control. We didn't get to use the pool....too cool but it was very nice. The beach and pool equipment was very complete.

Everything we need to care for ourselves in the property was provided.

Lovely spot.
