Our family attraction to this Lake Valley condo was location, activities, accessibility, view, space, & cost. The condo is located west of Camdenton Mo. on HW 54 W, 3 miles down the hill, across the bridge, left on 54-79, ½ mile, & then left into the complex. For those of you who fly, the Camdenton Airport is about 8 miles away, & the Springfield Mo. Airport about 75 miles. You can unload your boat at the ramp across the bridge & park it in the dock. The Lake Valley Golf Course, open to the public, is on 54-79 (Sunny Slope). Groceries & gasoline are 3 miles away. The Osage Beach Outlet Mall is about 25 minutes away on HW 54 east. Parking is at the base of the two flights of stairs. This top floor condo has a spacious feel w/ a cathedral ceiling. The uncovered deck on the lake side has an unobstructed view of the docks & lake, away from the afternoon sun. The floor plan includes a loft. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and a hide-a-bed sofa, so the condo is well appointed.

This condo is on the Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks, south part, Camdenton, Missouri. The entire lake is about 30 miles north to south with many arms, giving it a water length of about 50 miles. It is the result of a hydro-electric dam on the north end. It is a great motor boat, skiing, and fishing lake. Because of the surrounding hills, it has only occasional sailing boat. Lake of the Ozarks was the original recreational lake in Missouri. There are many large homes at waters edge, all with a dock. There are also many condos. The towns are in the two to three thousand size. It is very busy in the summer and quiet in the winter. The main activities are lake related. There are several golf courses. Activities are mainly of a family nature. Boat size ranges up to house boats. I recently rented this condo for family who was staying in the area. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The owner is very easy to work with and answered all my questions. The security deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommend.

We just returned from this condo last week. It was clean, affordable, close to many attractions the Ozarks has to offer. The owner was available, pleasant, and very helpful. The description says 2 bedrooms, but my 8 and 5 year olds LOVED the loft area. The condo was spacious and quiet. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and not crowded. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable vacation to Lake of the Ozarks. And a visit to Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a must...less than 5 minutes away and you can see the castle from the deck of the condo!
