A beautiful, professionally furnished, two story, 4 Bed 2.5 Bath 2,800 sq.ft home, located in 'Sunrise Lakes', only a 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions.
On the ground floor there is a Formal Sitting Area, a Formal Dining Area, a Family Room with TV/DVD/VCR & CD stereo system, a Breakfast Dining area, a fully equipped Kitchen, a Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer and a Half Bathroom.
On the second floor there is a loft area with a professional slate bed pool table with comfortable seating area and the bedroom configuration consists of a King Master Suite, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Twin Bedroom all with Cable TV/DVD and the 2nd bathroom. For the larger group there is a comfortable Queen sofa bed.
The heated pool & spa overlook a beautiful lake with lots of Florida wildlife.
Our home is 'Pet Friendly'.
Sunrise Lakes offers a community pool & cabana and a childrens play area. Within a few minutes of the communtiy there is a Supermarket with a strip mall and a pizza parlor and locally there is a good selection of restaurants.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
