Brand new Kitchen (11/08) and totally remodeled bathrooms (11/07). Internet connection in condo and wireless internet throughout Sea Colony. Convenience shop on ground floor of building during summer months. Cozy, oceanfront condo is just footsteps from the beach. Carefree, streamlined living. Master bedroom has ceiling fan, queen size bed and trundle bed. Beautifully remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with energy-efficient appliances. Separate dining area. 4 season climate control heating and a/c system (new 10/05). Living room has queen-size sofa bed. One wall of glass with slider opens onto private balcony. Conveniently located on second floor of Brandywine Building. To reach the beach, hop on the elevator or walk down one flight to the promenade level and then down to the pool area and the beautiful, privately guarded 1/2 mile beach. No ocean view, but you can hear the waves and see the sunny blue skies.
