This oceanfront home is located on Miramar Beach. Just minutes away from charming Montecito and 3 miles away from the heart of Santa Barbara. From each of the 3 stories, experience a breathtaking ocean view - with the Channel Islands on the horizon during the day and the moonlight on the water at night. This custom built home sleeps 5, is fully furnished, and is flooded with sunlight. The master bedroom on the third floor has a king-size bed, a large skylight, and a full bathroom. The mid-level has a modern living room, full bathroom, and a full-service kitchen including a four-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and an ice-maker. The ground level has a bedroom that sleeps three. It also has a full bathroom, a washer and dryer (located in separate utility room), and immediate access to the beach. Also equipped with three color TVs, 2 VCRs (VHS & DVD), cable TV, and 2 stereos. No smoking in the house whatsoever, and no barbecuing.
