The fully furnished gourmet kitchen has been equipped with everything you could desire for that quick snack or a family feast. For entertainment, the condo includes a plasma TVs the family room and master bedroom along with TVs/DVDs in other bedrooms and a PlayStation 2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation will incur the following charges: 90 days or more out from your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee; Within 90 days of your arrival – Security Deposit is Non-Refundable. If full cancellation is within 30 days of arrival– 50 % of rental is returned to guest or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If you cancel individual dates within 30 days of arrival – no refund is given or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund. No refunds for early departure or late arrival.

Our family has been to Orlando many times and this is by far the best accomodations we have ever stayed in. It was absolutely delightful. The condo was spotless and had everything you could imagine. Kitchen was great and flatscreens an added bonus. Great views of the lake and fireworks form Sea World. The check-in and check out procedure was effortless. The property is very nice and the pool area was relaxing. You definitely need a car if staying here. The location was perfect. Only minutes to shopping, theme parks and great restaurants. Jami was very professional and helpful at all times, and we will only rent from her in our future stays in Orlando. Thank you.

Perfect vacation get-away

This is the perfect Orlando vacation rental. It is very clean, super spacious, and extremely private. The views are phenomenal!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. We were able to enjoy our own privacy, as well as, spend time relaxing in the family room and the kitchen.

All of the Orlando attractions are just minutes away - the theme parks and the outlet shopping.

The owner was very helpful and a gracious host.

Don't stay in a hotel -- make this your home away from home!

Vista Cay Condo- excellent place to stay

We stayed in this Vista Cay Condo when in Orlando for a wedding. The description was very accurate, the property was as stated, and the customer service from the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend who was going to the Orlando area.

The location is great - right in the middle of the Orlando activities. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and the Orlando attractions are located close by. This condo has nice walking trails, pool area, and club house which make it easy to get away from the Orlando tourist traffic when tired.

If I got to pick one condo in this complex to stay in, this is the one. Excellent corner location on the 4th floor overlooking the lake. Perfect distance from the community pool and closest to the access road to everything. Furnishings are very nice, unit is clean and had most everything we needed to be comfortable. We hope to visit again soon.

Our vacation was fantastic; we enjoy everything in the condo from the pool to the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. The apartment is clean and comfortable, has everything you need. It is located in the right spot, around 5 miles you can find: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, the theme parks: Sea World, Disney, Universal, you just name it. Jami Lee, the manager, was very helpful and easy to deal with. Everything was quite right.
I'm recommending it to everybody I know.
