With an empty lot on one side and a conservation area and lake at the back, our luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with heated Pool and Spa, Air conditioning and Wireless Internet, is a very private villa in Rolling Hills Estate. The Master Bedroom with a Kingsize Bed , en-suite and color TV opens to the fully screened pool area. The second largest room has a Queen Size Bed. Each of the 2 Twin bedrooms contain 2 Twin Beds and share a bathroom. The living room is fully furnished and includes Playstation 2,cable TV, DVD, VCR, HiFi player. The spacious Kitchen with family breakfast nook is fully equipped with all major and small appliances. The villa has a Laundry room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Linens, Bath Towels are provided. A 24 Hr Monitored Alarm System is installed for your protection.Conveniently located to all Disney Parks and Golf courses. Within walking distance to grocery store, shops, restaurants, bars and ATM. A very comfortable place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
