Rancho Cascovele is a country escape located just north of Georgetown Tx, a 3 minute ride to Berry Creek Co Country Club, yet only a short distance from the city lights (Downtown Georgetown- 5 minutes; Austin- 30 minutes). Our large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers an opportunity for country seclusion if you like (lots of deer and goats), and the convenience to Berry Creek Country Club, one of Central Texas’ most beautiful golf courses. (8th hole was ranked by the 'Dallas Morning News' as one of the top ten signature holes in the State) Berry Creek is managed by Arnold Palmer Golf Management and includes members privileges from all across the US. (list of private clubs affiliates can be found on Arnold Palmer website). Perfect for you dream of a 36-hole weekend, entertaining a family reunion, or looking to get away from it all. The expansive decks, pool, and Live Oak grove that shades the entire house makes a perfect setting for having fun, or counting the stars above.

The upstairs master has an office attached with a floor air mattress that can sleep one relative or two small children. Upstairs there are also one guest bedroom with shared bath up and one bedroom with twin bunk beds. Sleeps up to 2 each. The family room has a queen hide-a-bed that can sleep one adult or two small children. The max occupancy is 10, but it can be distributed in a few different ways, depending on which rooms are dlb. occupancy.

Was really a GREAT experience. We rented for the week for our daughter's wedding. We had room for all the bridesmaids; had a couple of get togethers. Perfect for our needs. Will use again if opportunity presents itself!

We were blessed to find this home. We came in 4 days prior to our daughter's wedding and stayed a few days after to recoop. This home provided us with the kitchen we needed for our family to save money by eating in the week that we were there as well as the ability for my mother-n-law to cook and store the 2-tier grooms cake. The formal dining allowed the room to set up and prepare the centerpieces and other decorations while being out of way of the children. The home and the grounds allowed us to rest between the time of preparation and the opportunity to visit with our children and grandchildren who shared this spacious home with us. To sit on the porch and balcony, sipping our coffee as we watched the sun rise was so relaxing and was well needed. We hope to return for a summer vacation where we can fully enjoy the amenities this home and the surrounding area has to offer.
Working with the owner was a pleasure and he is very helpful to assure your stay is the best it can be. The home is very clean and has anything one would need during their stay. It is very conveniently located to Georgetown, Roundrock and Austin which all offer many things to do.
I highly recommend this home away from home for whatever your need may be.

Wonderful, perfect, beautiful, amazing, well kept, clean, everything we needed and more, convenient, owner was a joy to work with, paperwork was timely, communication was clear and timely - I would recommend staying at this home anytime you're in the area.

Beautiful, spacious property with both a country feel and proximity to Georgetown (quaint, small town) and Austin (eclectic, amazing city) for sight-seeing and eating out. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Huge, well-maintained kitchen for family that enjoys cooking together as we do. Ample collection of dishware, silverware and glassware for large group. Two eating areas, two living areas, porches and pool deck allowed for good traffic flow for our family, gathered to celebrate a college graduation. Would definitely recommend for family groups; would stay again if in the area. ~Pamela W.
