What a fantastic time we had in this house! The area is calm and serene, the wildlife abundant, the view superb and the privacy, top notch. The dog just adored the place and was quite reluctant to leave (as were we).

The owner, Bob has taken the time to provide the renter with all that is needed for a great stay, including plenty of Green Mountain coffee and a fully stocked kitchen and baths. The place was impecibly clean and neat.

The close proximity to Okemo, 91 and Scenic 131 makes this place a great central location for seeing most of Vermont and western New Hampshire.

If you are considering southern VT for your vacation, contact Bob and arrange a stay at this property, you'll be glad you did.

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN

Oh my gosh . . . we can't explain what a wonderful time we had as a family. This is all you see in the pictures and more. On a 1-10 - we give it a 20. The owner has gone out of his way to have everything there for you. Morning coffee on the rocking chair looking out at the river is beyond words. It is so soothing. We put the canoes to good use and were privileged to be beside ducks, ducklings, beavers and deer. We brought tubes and put in on the river about 3 miles after Proctorsville - what a blast !!! So much around to explore. Can't wait until our next vacation in Cavendish. Thanks Bob!
