Enjoy the spectacular color changes from the house as the sun rises over the Atlantic Ocean and the sparkling waters of Pochet Inlet. Watch the multitude of birds from the property. Kayak from the dock to explore the waters of the inlet, the islands and Pleasant bay. Docked on Pochet Inlet, the home feels like a boat. Enter the grand foyer on the second floor which has an open floor plan, that features the large living rooms, dining room & gourmet kitchen. The third floor has a 30'x20' open deck. The lounge and game room are on the first floor. Most areas of the house has handicap accessibility with an elevator. The large in-ground pool overlooks the water. The house is fully air conditioned. This home is the perfect vacation home for all ages. Our youngest is12 years old and the oldest 74. The elevator was key for the parents and the basement was a great escape for the kids to get away from all the adults. The view was spectacular at all times of the day and night from inside or outside of the house.
This home has everything you need for cooking and dining and the dinnerware supply was endless. The beds and futons were all very comfortable but my only recommendation would be - when renting the sheets to ask for deep pocket sheets for the mattresses are thicker.
For the size of this home you generally wouldn't hear it described as cozy but this place is. I/we loved it!!!!! and hope to get there again.

This home worked beautifully for our family holiday. The setting is wonderful from the topside deck where we enjoyed cocktails or desert, to the poolside for gathering after a day out or relaxing. The kitchen worked beautifully for our large family which enjoys cooking great meals. No crashing into each other. The open floor plan is very good and the house flows well with great views everywhere. We loved gathering around the dining table each night. The home is in excellent condition.

It is very close the the beach (bike or drive) and near the bike paths. The setting is lovely if you have a canoe or kayak you can go out directly from the house. You can watch the birds from the house or waters edge.

They amenities are good, especially the double appliances. Plenty of parking too. The owner was very attentive. I would highly recommend.
