Full service building offers 5 restaurants, gourmet grocery store, dry cleaners, gym, sauna, steam room, room service, large heated pool, 4 Jacuzzis. Located steps from the new Performing Arts Center, Bayside shopping, Parrot Jungle, Children's Museum. Cruise ships dock next door. Full service marina, charter boats, next door to Margaret Pace Park with children's park, tennis courts, soccer field, cricket field, sand volleyball. Unit has spectacular direct bay view and park view, granite counters, stainless appliances, washer/dryer in unit. Large queen bed, two twin beds and a convertible sleeper. TVs in 4 rooms, stereo system, wireless Internet. Parking in covered garage. I have other properties on South Beach.
