Beautiful, tropical Pool Home East of A1A with Private Beach Access. One of a kind Barrier Island Location allows for a private 1 mile private beach accessible by the key you will receive upon check in. 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, also 2 additional sleep areas... say no to sofa beds!!! We have only real beds with real mattresses. Beautifully furnished and decorated, space for everyone!!! Fully equipment kitchen or if you prefer- fire up the gas grill... All linens, towels, beach towels are provided. Beach chairs and umbrella are here for you also.. spend relaxing days by the pool or take a short 1 1/2 minute walk to the Beautiful Beach with The Historic Lighthouse shining in the background. Every day is a boat parade as you watch the Boats and Yachts coming in and out of the inlet from ocean. Rent a boat, jet ski or wind surfing board all within minutes of the house!!! Walk the amazing neighborhood of Hillsboro Shores or ride one of the provided bicycles!!!

Rental Amount, Payment & Refunds: A deposit is due to Book the house and secure the reservation. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days will require a forfeiture of $500.00 of your deposit. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that you have either seen the house or you accept the house in it's condition. Once you arrive at the house, there are no refunds whatsoever. If you do not abide by the rules of the house or neighborhood and there is a problem that requires the authorities to ask you to stop, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund of rental amount.

The property was clean and well maintained as per our expectation, near to the ocean and not too far from shopping area, the owner provided everything to feel comfortable as you are home away. The pool was ready to be used as well all other facilities, certainly we will recommend this property to our friends and relative.

An older home in an upscale neighborhood.

This house is accurately described, with a few exceptions. The bicycles listed in the description are in need of maintenance and repair. The kitchen was adequately stocked; however, a blender would have been useful. The beach is a short walk through a neighborhood of both old and new homes. The solar heated pool was delightful. Drift fishing fleets are located less than a mile away. Our party of 7 adults caught fish on the "Helen" fishing boat. Housekeeping and maintenance issues are what kept this home from earning an excellent rating. We never did meet the owner personally. However, he was a phone call away when we needed him. I would recommend this house once I knew the housekeeping issues had been resolved.
