This 4500 sq ft luxury home comfortably sleeps 14. The weekly
rental rate is $4370, including all taxes, April-October. If the Vineyard Estate is not rented 60 days including tax!!
Off season presents an excellent value, as the villa is $600 per night weekdays and $800/night on the weekends, and $3770 per week, including tax, and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' weeks are at the High Season Rate.
