Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning Fee: For a light-cleaning will apply $85 fee. For a heavy-cleaning will apply $135 fee.
  • A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. This money will be return within three (3) days from your departure date, upon routine inspection. Any damage to the property will be subtracted from your deposit. We must receive, money order or credit card or PAYPAL payment for the deposit on the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The total of the rental must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept Cashier Checks,money order,PAYPAL.
    No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. Cancellations: Only within 30 days from initial booking are entitled to refunds
  • *Check in Time: 3:00 PM - Check Out Time 11:00 AM

    *Loosing the facilities electronic key (gym, pool and jacuzzi) will result in the charged of ONE hundred (100) dollars fee.

    This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the patio. Butts are to be disposed properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $100.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.

Great place to stay near Disneyland

I loved our stay at this spot. It was so convenient because it was so close to Disneyland, we didn't have to wake up super early just to drive there. The pictures don't give this place justice, it is very spacious and beautiful. The hot tub is amazing and feels great after walking all day. Very clean and had everything that we needed. If we needed anything we were able to call and find out what we needed. There were many places to eat nearby within walking distance. Wonderful place to stay, we will be staying there again in the future.

A good week in Anaheim

My wife and I, two of our sons, and 4 grandchildren stayed here during the week of Oct. 11th thru Oct. 17th, 2009. To our pleasure, the condo is just as it appears in the pictures. It was clean and well-kept. Everything that was promised was there. It was nice to have a place to cook breakfast and an evening snack with all of the utinsels and pots and pans already there. When we did not want to cook, a restaurant or many fast food places were very close. Miriam made sure that all of our needs were met and was very proffessional in all of our dealings with her. This is the first time that we have stayed in a condo like this. Normally we would just stay in a motel, but decided to try this condo for this trip. We were pleasantly surprised. It was nice. It was especially nice to have the hot tub almost right next to our room. It was really great soaking in it after a long day of walking around the parks with grandkids. The showers could use a little more water pressure and the beds are as stated in other reviews, but everything was totally adequate. We would not hesitate in staying here again, or in recommending it to our friends. Thank you for a great week!

Great Condo, Great Location

We stayed in the condo in September, 2009. The condo was beautiful and just as it looked in the pictures. The location was great. Right near I-5 and 2 miles from Disneyland.
The pool and hot tub and grounds were beautiful, clean and quiet.
People in the area were friendly and helpful. Angel stadium was in walking distance as well as Restaurants and shopping. Carl's Jr.
fast food burgers were great especially if you never had one.
The condo owner made the stay easy. Everything was provided to me as we needed and all questions and needs were met. Myself and my 3 other guests has NO problem with the beds. I slept great as did my whold party everynight, I had two young adults with me and the were very happy there.
Grounds were clean with BBQ on property for a quick meal which we made use of. The condo was Very clean and well maintained.
I would definitely recommed anyone going to Anaheim to stay here.
I had not ONE problem with the condo or the area.

As Advertised

We had a great stay at this Condo. It is pretty centrally located as it is only a quick drive to Disney, stadium, etc and close (walking distance) to a selection of places to eat. A wider selection of restaurants is just a 5 min drive away around Disney. The Coffee house next door was a life-saver in the mornings!!

The kids had a blast playing in a secure pool area and we had an opportunity to use the communal BBQs. The people living in the complex seem to be young professionals and were very friendly.

The condo itself is clean and has everything you'd need (including multiple TVs and internet access). We made a few trips to Costco/grocery store to stock the fridge and managed to eat in more than I thought we would. This was great feature that allowed us to pack fresh snacks for the day.

Miriam was very easy to deal with. Never having rented a condo, and being from another country I was a little hesitant at first to forward cash prior to arriving. That said, the experience was great and we felt reassured by the professional communication that occurred throughout the booking process

As other posters have said, the pictures understate the size and quality of the unit. Beds are ok, but could be better.

Very good stay

Our family enjoyed our recent stay in this condo. Miriam was very helpful, friendly and was great to deal with. The location was terrific. The condo was clean, for the most part quiet and felt secure. The pictures don't really do justice as the place looks better in real. I have to agree with the previous postings on the beds - they need improvements.
