Luxurious Slavonian oak parquet. 3 BR queen size bed, luxury bedding & mattress, 21in. TV, DVD, A/C, built in wardrobe, electrically controlled blinds, 2 Baths w/ shower, bidet, jacuzzi tub, lacquered furniture, marble table, large mirror, Kitchen and Breakfast Area for 5/6 persons: sun flooded, luxury ceramic floor, full size oven, microwave, fridge w/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Fully equipped. dishes, pots, pans, silverware, coffeemaker, vacuum, juicer, toaster. Central hot water, complimen maid service twice/week and gas, water & electricity. No intermediation. The street is full with old beautiful trees, which in summer makes a pleasure strolling around. In the same building, downstairs, there is LIBER: a famous café restaurant, open 7/24 with excellent food and very friendly waiters, where you can have breakfast with excellent coffee while reading all the newspapers and magazines of the day, offered free of charge. Just crossing the street, you can enter PASEO BULLRICH the finest and most exclusive shopping mall of Bs Aires.In its food area you can enjoy FREDDOs, the best ice cream specialties in town, not to mention the bar-B-Q restaurants.

If you need it for one week or more, our apartment of 968 square feet (90 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 people is an excellent choice! This was our former home, totally refurbished and modernized by the known architect Mariana Bishof. Modernization was finished in March 2007. We used the finest equipment and materials available.

Staying in a sunny place in Recoleta: Recoleta is at present the most exclusive, fashionable and vibrant area of the Argentinian capital. And ours is one of the best apartments available. Staying there you will feel no need for an expensive and anonymous hotel room, even a 5-star hotel room. Our home is definitely better, and will cost you only a small fraction of what you would have spent in that hotel

The building Libertad 1693: The building is a vintage residential building, 8 stories high, built in the 1930´s, elegant and in very good condition, with genuine old world charm. It has 2 elevators, broad comfortable staircases and ample lobbies in each floor and in the entrance to the building. You will be living among authentic 'porteños', quite upper middle class homeowners and their families. It is the difference between living in a home or staying in a depersonalized place, even a top hotel. For sun lovers, above the 7th floor, there is a terrace which covers the whole building. Pure sun! With a wonderful view of the Rio de la Plata and part of the city. We provide you with 2 chairs to enjoy this in your moments of relax. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE PET FRIENDLY

great clean place, nice owner

My friends and I stayed there for a week in jan 09 and everything went well. clean modern apt in an easily accessible neighborhood. great cafe just downstairs when you just want to grab a quick bite. Internet was fast, but the ISP was spotty in that area, not really the owners fault, so it works about 80% of the time. i did some work during the day during my stay and it was fine most of the time. The agent they have there to meet you is ver nice and sweet old lady. overall a solid experience and i will call them again on my next trip to BA. Thanks guys!
