Avoid absent owners who live in another state or country, rental agent issues and photos of what the unit looked like 10 years ago(before it was let go and maintenance was a thing of the past) this is common on the beach. I see these homes since I'm a Realtor on the Beach and most units look like they are furnished with garage sale items and the showroom of the local thrift store. Get your stay started in a superior unit and not a bait and switch ( They say it's Gulf View but It's not ) Your vacation time is limited so get the best value and the best vaction home available at tthe Estero Beach and Tennis Club the #1 condo on Ft. The Bishop Family from OHIO: The Bishop family has stayed in our home during February for 6 weeks each time for sisteen years straight !! Yes this true. 16 years!!! They come down every year and this is their 'second home' and have stayed nowhere else so many times. Don't you think that's a great recommendation!! They enjoy the peaceful setting that they say is like no other place they have stayed. The Bishops Family stay 6 weeks at a time and have reserved February 2009 already. Why don't you come down and stay for a week.

Book Early: It takes only a $200 deposit to hold your reservation. Security/ breakage deposit required with all bookings. This is separate from your rental fee. Property managed by the owners who live on Ft. Myers Beach. Check in and check out at our home is easy. Photo ID required for check in. No exceptions. No substitution of tenants prior to check in or during your stay without advance written permission by ownership. Ownership reserves the right to immediately remove unauthorized tenants or refuse entry to property when reservation has been made under false or misleading information and /or identification. Under such circumstances the rental fees are non refundable.
