Our lavish, professionally furnished, 2 story 6 bed 3 bath home has over 3,000 sq.ft. of ultimate luxury. Our home is located in 'The Hamlet' a 24 hour gated community, only a 10 minute drive to the Disney World Resort.
Being a large home we have configured the bedrooms so that it lends itslef to family get togethers, a group of golfers or just simply two or three families sharing the cost of their vacation.
The home consists of a Formal Sitting area, Formal Dining Area, a very comfortable and spacious Family Room with a large Cable TV, a DVD, CD stereo system, a fully equipped Kitchen, a Laundry Room with a washer & dryer and a 2 car garage.
On the second floor there is a loft area with a professional slate bed pool table and the bedroom configuration is; a Queen Bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor that really acts as a second Master and then on the second floor there is a King Master Suite, a further King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedroom all with Cable TV/DVD and the 3rd Bathroom.
The heated pool & spa offer total privacy overlooking an orange grove and being south facing it's great for all day sunshine and watching the beautiful Florida sunsets.
ChampionsGate is only a 5 minute drive away with a Publix Supermarket and a strip mall with various stores and restaurants and ChampionsGate Golf Complex with two 18 hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
