Many fantastic restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping and supermarkets are less than a mile. You're just north of Melbourne and a short ride south of Cocoa Beach. Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center are only a few minutes away. A view of a launch right from either balcony is absolutely thrilling! Golf, charter fishing, surf casting and cultural events are right within the area. One hour away is Orlando with its many attractions, but once here, you may just want to relax and enjoy the surf. See you at the beach!

This is a spacious unit with awesome views of the ocean from every direction. There is a wonderful heated pool and tennis court in the complex. The unit is located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping center and entertainment. It's a great place to stay for couples or families.

I've personally visited numerous condos in this two building condo association and I haven't found a condo that has a better view of the ocean, beach, pool and surroundings. The balconies are great for viewing launches from The Kennedy Space Center, enjoying a meal or a snack, reading or simply relaxing while viewing the rolling waves of the majestic Atlantic Ocean. If you're a fisherman you will find the beachfront perfect for surf fishing or any other kind of fishing. I fish almost every day for whittings,sheepheads,drums,margates and of course the prized pompanos!! The condo is very spacious...perfect for family visits or for having friends over for an enjoyable evening. I've found that the owners of condos who live here year-round and other renters to be very friendly and considerate. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The owners of this condo go the extra mile to ensure that the renters have an enjoyable and memorable stay . If you're considering renting this condo you won't be disappointed. My wife and I look forward to renting this condo each winter ( This 2009 season will be our 5th ).

The view is excellent but that is really the only positive. People above me very noisy and the owners only recommendation was to call the police, which I won't do. Advertised as very clean...NOT! Elevator broke but fixed same day. Very large place suitable for large family. I was unfortunate in having the Red Tide during most of my stay and since I suffer from asthma, I had to stay inside with the air conditioner on, which is not why I came to spend the winter in Florida.
