Red Eagle Lodge has stunning panoramic views from it's floor to ceiling windows. It is full Swedish Cope style logs, with close to 5,000 sq. ft. of living space in an open floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen has double oven/microwave, cook top, door-through water and ice on the refrigerator, as well as slab granite counters. There are plates and silver for 24, as well as plenty of serve and bake ware. The dining room has picturesque views of a wooded ravine and mountain peaks from the bay window and glass doors leading to the deck. There is a surround sound system that hooks into the stereo and CD player, and plays throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. High Speed Internet has a wireless router. Lower level great room has a wet bar, pool table, cabled big screen TV with surround sound, DVD and Game Cube, laundry room, as well as access to the 8x8 hot tub. The entire length back deck has a table and chairs, Bar-B-Q, and views of 4 mountain peaks.

Notes: The main level great room has a cathedral ceiling, with windows to the top. Plenty of seating to enjoy the gorgeous view of 4 different peaks. Over the stone fireplace is a TV that is hooked up to the surround sound system. With speakers in the great room, dining and kitchen, you can turn on the DVD/CD player and receiver or hook up an ipod. There is a table and chairs for 8 in the great room for a puzzle or a game of cards. You may get on the Internet anywhere, as it has a wireless router. The kitchen has slab granite counters and is fully stocked with a double oven/microwave, dishwasher, cook top, water/ice dispensing refrigerator, walk-in pantry, toaster oven, coffeemaker and grinder, silver and dishes to serve 24, plus lots of extra bake and serve ware. The dining room has 4 leather chairs at the kitchen counter, plus 8 chairs at the large table. The bay window overlooks a private ravine and walking path. The double doors open to the large deck with table, chairs and BBQ.

Each room has it's own thermostat, so you may sleep at the temperature that is comfortable for you.

Great "Family" reunion...perfect

I arranged a gathering of friends from way back...we all now have kids and it had been a few years since we'd all seen eachother at the same time.

We made it up from Denver with spot-on directions and all 15 of us (including 5 small children) plus a dog settled into the home. The views were great, the house was nearly perfect...we just couldn't figure out how to use the whole house sound system...other than that we wish we'd had another 3-4 days to spend.

We only just started to really unwind and relax when we had to pack up and go. We'll make it longer next time.

From the hot tub and pool table to the board games and comfortable and warm decor we had a great time. The kitchen was really nicely thought out and we had plenty of supplies for cooking and eating for a large group. We all sat at the dining table and had some great meals...

Getting to Breck was quick, scenic and easy. We mooched around town and even though it was slow, we enjoyed the town very much.

We'll be back...we couldn't recommend it more!!

We spent Spring Break at the beautiful home. What an amazing time. Not only was the weather spectacular but the home was all that it was "chalked-up" to be. The home is perfect for entertaining. Our evenings were a joy. Something for everyone to do. We will be back. Thanks,

This is a very beautiful log home, with lovely
bathrooms, and excellent lighting design. It is
conveniently located to Breckenridge while still
being in a more secluded area with "alpenglow"
views. Highly recommended. The property
manager is very responsive to any questions or
problems. We were not a very large group, but the
house could easily handle 2 families.

Our time at Red Eagle Lodge was wonderful. It is a beautiful place and had everything we needed for our family of 10. Our children will always remember the great time we spent there. The view of Quandry Peak from the living room and balcony was fantastic. With binoculars, we could even see climbers (including our son-in-law who made it to the top). The caretakers were available to answer our questions and the lodge was immaculate. It is close to several places of interest yet private. We were able to enjoy shopping, hiking, biking, exploring trails, dining out and golfing. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the home so that we could share meals together and board games around the dining room table. The media room was great for some video games and the large screen t.v. and wireless internet access enabled us to keep up with news and some work. We would definitely recommend this Lodge to anyone who loves Colorado.

Great place...Beautiful views from every window!

This house was in a beautiful location...we had all of the kitchen appliances we needed to cook great meals. We had 5 couples and we had plenty of room! We stayed for one week during ski season (February) and we had no trouble getting into town in our four wheel drive SUV...overall we had a great experience! We loved being out of town...it was nice having coffee and feeling like you were a million miles away from other people...but actually you are just 6 miles! Wonderful trip...we would definately go back! I would like to visit in the summer!
