Welcome to the ''Goodhart Getaway'' !! We are located less than one mile west of Las Vegas Blvd (Strip). Your biggest decision will be whether you want to relax in your own theater and watch the 71 in. HDTV or go out in the backyard, party and BBQ by the swimming pool and spa. The house is located in a custom neighborhood on a 1/2 acre and is very private. There is RV & Boat parking and plenty of parking for all of your guests. There are 3 bedrooms (2 Kings and 1 Queen with upgraded Tempur-pedic pad mattresses, and 2 new bathrooms (one has a jet tub). The Living Room has 2 Sofa's that open up into Queen size beds. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight! Complete with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Counters. Built in Dining Room Table. Plenty of room to cook those special dinners. The spacious backyard has a Covered Patio, BBQ, Swimming Pool, Spa. Volleyball - plenty of seating outside to enjoy our beautiful weather! Children and pets are always welcome.

WOW, had a wonderful time! The movie room was great for the kids, I could slip away in the Bedroom and watch my shows. We had a great time down on the strip, the house was so close. The Wife layed out by the pool all weekend (was very private).
The mtg company was easy to work with. The house was one of the cleanest homes I have been in.
Thank you - will be back :)

We rented this house for our family vacation (5 adults - & a 10 yr old). Sparkling pool, great A/C, the theater room was awesome. 3 big bedrooms. Very private, very classy inside & comfy with lots of room to spread out as a family. Only a mile from the strip! The rental agent was wonderful/easy to work with. Loved the 2 car garage! Stores, groceries, gas all within a mile. Sparkling clean with new appliances & basics (salt/pepper/coffee filters/spices). We wish we could have stayed longer.

WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME

When we arrived at the Goodhart house we were amazed. This house was more than we could ask for. The management was very welcoming and helpful especially with the short notice of reservations. We were out there for a wedding and there were 12 of us staying for 4 days and even a child! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out and everything you need is already there. We bbq-ed, swam, did laundry...watched movies and still enjoyed the strip everyday- only took about 5-10 minutes! And the view of the strip at night is still visible with plenty of room for parking. The price is very affordable especially compared to what we would have paid for hotel rooms. We saved 100s!! One very neat idea is the comment book that is left in the house for those who stay to write about their experience... there are some good stories!! I will recommed this property to everyone from now on going to vegas. Thanks again for making our stay perfect!!

i went to vegas for a family wedding and didn't want to leave my dog at home (he's such a good boy) so i called last minute and they were very accomidating. i had a doz relatives come by for a barbque ,it was great. i would defintly stay at this home on my next trip to vegas 8>}=

It was very clean and roomy. We had a weekend getaway for Mothers day without the husbands and kids. Everyone enjoyed the outside patio wih the pool and spa. The area was also quiet and safe when we returned from the strip late at night. We are already planning our next vacation with the husbands and children, of course.
