Come and relax in this beautiful 3 story colonial style luxury home. This is a brand new home that is right on the lake & has many wonderful things to offer. This true lake front home is in the heart of the poconos with everything you will need for an ultimate vacation. This is an all season 3600sqft home that is ideal for any type of gathering like family reunions, social events, college reunions, intimate getaway, or maybe just a home away from home. The first floor has 2 living rooms, an over sized dining room which is extremely comfortable and overlooks the lake. There is a beautiful island kitchen and a deck which brings to you the beauty of being around nature. Outside is a patio set & 2 BBQs for entertaining. The basement has a lounge area, pool table & another deck which comes out onto the lake. The 3rd floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed & there are 3 queen size beds in the other rooms. Outside there is a new 14ft rowboat with an electric motor & a brand new dock.

Mount Pocono is conveniently central to all your areas attractions. The Poconos has something to offer for everybody. Enjoy the amenities of the home and the community as well as all the local attractions. All major ski areas are only 15-20 minutes away, like Camelback Mountain, Camelback Waterpark, outlets for shopping, fish, hunt, horseback ride, golf, restaurants, boating, Pocono NASCAR and much much more. The gated community has many amenities as well like volleyball, tennis, children's playgrounds and best of all the swimming pool is only one house away on the block. There is also a nice beach area that is right across from the swimming pool. If you want to just relax on your own dock or take a ride on the 14feet aluminum rowboat. There are many things to choose from, as long as you bring your loved ones you will have a wonderful experience in our home.

  • The bathrooms are all comfortably spread out. They are all full size bathrooms. There is one in the master bedroom and there is another one on the second floor, and one on the main floor.

  • This house is very spacious and comfortable. It can sleep a comfortable amount of 12 people. There are 2 living rooms which both have pull out queen size sofa beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 24 inch TV with a DVR, DVD and a full private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms all have queen size beds. The bedrooms are all big enough for anyone who has little children or who have to sleep in the same room.

Notes: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. All brand new appliances, and kitchen tools. Everything that you will find in the house is brand new, including the house. the dining room set is very comfortable and has great views. The bedrooms upstairs will all have comforters, pillows, towels and bed linens. We tried to think of everything in this house to be of enjoyment and all furniture to be comfortable. There is satellite with over 200 channels including eight showtime channels. DVD players, DVR, pool table, 14ft aluminum rowboat, washer, dryer, swimming pool, beach area and 2 BBQs. We also have high high speed wireless internet available for your use.

Location: The house is located in a gated community. It is located within 2 hour driving time of Philadelphia, North Jersey and New York. The short drive is great when taking a weekend trip. All your shopping sources are 10min away Walmart, Kmart, Rite aid pharmacy. The community has many activities to offer and they are all close to the house no need take the car. The communal pool and beach area is only one house away. This block is very quiet because there is no thru traffic on this street so there's alot of privacy. We include badges at no charge to use all of the communal facilities.

More about the house: Our lake front home has many great things for family and friends to enjoy. Swim right off your dock, go fishing, play some pool or just relax on the deck and listen to the calmness of the lake, or the birds chirping in the sunshine. We have a treadmill in the basement and that overlooks the lake as well. The 2 living rooms have pull out queen size sofa beds if extra beds are needed. This house has 3 full bathrooms which all have showers. There's one on the first floor, one in the master bedroom, and one on the second floor. When you arrive the house has a large circular driveway for multiple cars and easy access when parking. Fishing is fantastic, wake up and go fishing on the new 14ft aluminum rowboat. The electric motor will make it easier and more pleasant to access the lake. We tried to think of everything to make this a wonderful vacation home. Everything that you find in this home from furnishings to all kitchen appliances are completely brand new and very comfortable.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs and to make your stay a vacation that will never be forgotten.

My family and I spent a week in July at the Lakehouse and had an incredibly great time! The house is just beautiful and right on the lake - you could not ask for better. We were out on the boat every day, either using the electric motor or getting exercise by rowing. The lake was not crowded at all - we usually had it all to ourselves!

Very fun times around the dining room table playing games, spending evenings on the deck or around the fire pit, or having pool competitions on the lower floor.

It was a bit chilly for the community beach most days during our visit, but we did spend time some time there and also used the paddle boats. The lifeguards were friendly and attentive. The playground for the kids was great as well.

The kitchen is well stocked and everything is where it should be - nice and easy to find stuff. Plus, the owner is very good to work with. She was very responsive to any questions I had before and during the vacation, which made it even more relaxing.

Lots of things to do in the surrounding area and all were easy to get to. The house is in a very convenient location!

Highly recommended!!!

A group of 10 of us stayed at Flora's house during the last weekend of October and had a wonderful time. The house was left so clean, it was comfortable, cozy and inviting. Flora was exceptional as well - she always responded very quickly to my emails and was a great help in recommending restaurants/things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Mount Pocono area. Thanks, Flora!

Beautiful house---lots of space, everything is in excellent condition, great for large families. Fishing on the lake was pretty good and definintely enjoyable for children. Good location-very convenient to Poconos attractions. Homeowner was great to work with. We had a great Poconos vacation!

Luxury lakefront vacation

Thank you so much for opening your home to me and my family. This home was the perfect getaway for our family in every way. The home had absolutely everything that you can imagine We have never seen a home which was so stocked up and organized and the most important for us it was spotless. This is an unbelievable home for all ages and all types of groups since there is so much to do and everything is so close by to the home. The best part was the lake and the boat which was provided by the owners. They evern allowed for us to use the motor which we had never had from previous homes. The location of the home was so private and quiet that we felt like we were all alone it was great and relaxing. The pool was never crowded since the community has 4 pools and always plenty of room. The best part of that is it is right by the home near the beach so it was just like the owner had said steps away.

This is the absolute best home that we have ever rented and did not want to leave, and we have rented alot of different homes so this one is definetely the one which we will be coming back for. The owners evefn left us a nice bottle of wine when we arrived to enjoy with the beautiful views that this home has especially in the dining room area which has a huge table for those big family gatherings and it all overlooks the lake so that makes it very relaxing. There was a beautiful pool table in the basement right by the lounge area with a large television. We felt like we never left home and even better.

Extremly please with everything that was offered from the rooms to the kitchen which was fully stocked with everything and the home was extremely spacious, the rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We have wonderful memories which were created now especially toasting marshmallows by the lake in the firepit. Flora was such a pleasure to deal with, we always had a prompt response and she was always there to answer any our phone calls or email right away and she made sure that wewere happy in every way.

We would definetely reccommend this home to everyone and you will not regret it for a second coming to this house.

Thanks again and we will be be back very soon to continue these memories.
