Why would you stay in a hotel room when, you can stay in a luxury one bedroom, one bath condo. This vacation condominium is located only 7 minutes away form Disney World in a secured gated community. Perfect for families of four but can easily accommodate up to six people. This vacation resort contains many amenities such as a heated pool, a state of the art fitness center, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, playground , car wash all conveniently located within the resort area. There is also a golf area minutes away.

A perfect week for my family

My family had an absolutely wonderful week in this clean, well kept, and well equipped condo. The location is excellent (close proximity to Disney, Sea World, Universal, grocery store, drug store), quiet, and perfect for a family or age 55+ travelers.
The owner is extremely responsive and responsible. A real plus.
Also, because this is a summer home used by the owners, it is really kept up well. You feel like you are staying in a well-loved summer home.
I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a month in January, 2008. The apartment is very clean, well kept and comfortable. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to all the main attractions. Even though the location say's Davenport, it's closer to Champions gate, which is convenient. We loved our stay here, and would stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
