Plateau neighborhood is famous for its bohemian reputation; even more for its specialty shops, variety of more than 200 restaurants, bars, activities and events of all kinds. The loft is located in the heart of Plateau on the corner of Ave. Mont Royal and Hotel de Ville Street. St Denis Street, famous for its shopping is 3 blocks away, within 200 m is St Laurent Street renown for its trendy night clubs. Mount Royal is a short stride away. Downtown Montreal and its festivals (Montreal Jazz Festival, Just for Laughs Festival, Montreal Film Festival, and Grand Prix) are between 5 and 10 minutes away. Public transportation is highly accessible. Bus and Metro station are less than 5 minutes away. The loft is a corner unit with walls of windows, original cement poles, and high ceilings fully furnished and equipped (cookware, tableware, linen, TV, DVD and CD player). All utilities include local telephone service, cable TV, high speed wireless Internet, and air conditioning.

Great Montreal get away

Our experience here was perfect. The condo was stunning, large and clean. Centrally located to many shops and restaurants. We drove from Toronto and didn't use our car for the weekend. There was in ground parking lot to save us the parking costs. This is absolutely a great place for a couple.

We loved our stay here. It is in the heart of everything. No need for a car. The metro is just down the street. Don't think twice. This place becomes home fast.

Wonderful Vacation!

This apt. is GREAT...size, comfort, amenities, and location couldn't have been better. We kept the car parked and walked everywhere, or took the metro, which is easy to get to and easy to use. This was our 1st trip to Montreal, and we loved the diversity of people, food, shopping this neighborhood offered. This area is the French Quarter so be prepared to see mainly French written menus, signs, etc., which was a little difficult for us-however, most people are bilingual. The owner was easy to communicate with and the pictures/information about the apartment proved to be accurate. We also discovered a rooftop patio which had wonderful views of the city. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Our first experience with a vacation rental was a total success. This apartment was everything it was described as...and better. It made our week in Montreal extra special. Excellent communication with owner. Stay here!
