A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom, offering a romantic view of the sunset or late night star gazing! The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a beautiful dresser and separate closet. It also has a 32' LCD flat screen HDTV and DVD/VCR player. This bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from the guest bedroom is impressive, providing a peaceful look across the Seascape golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay. The bunk room features bunk beds that the kids go crazy over. The room is also equipped with a 20” LCD HDTV with DVD/VCR combo.

Just Marvelous!!!!

My family and I stayed in this unit for a Columbus Day weekend getaway. Oh my!! The description of the property is picture perfect. The area was very nice and quiet. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The owner was pleasant to work with. I will most definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and get away from it all. My family and I will most certainly be returning guest.

We stayed over Memorial weekend 2009. The condo was super nice, comfortable, & had everything you would need, My only complaint would be that the owner told me it was a 75 yard walk to the beach. It is at least 100-200 yards to the beach & you have to cross a road. But other than than, it was a wonderful stay.

A Taste of Luxurious Living!!!!!

We just got back from spending a couple of days at this unit and it was worth every penny. This condo is tastefully decorated and was very accurately described! The management agency and the owner were both very helpful and attentive to all of our needs prior to and during our stay at this condo. The views were breath-taking to say the least, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil environment. Overall, we were sad to leave but hope to return soon in the near future. Highly recommended!

An Awesome Vacation Experience!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The condo was decorated exceptionally well. It was very cleaned. It felt like home, away from home... Everything that you would need was provided for us, from bath towels to pots and pans.

The view was amazing! One of our favorite things about the condo was the scenery, the beachfront, lakefront, pool and golf view. The private balconry was amazing, too. It overlooked the pool area and the beach. The property was surrounded by souveneir shops, restaurants, outlet mall, shopping malls and fun attractions for the children of all ages. My husband and I, along with our 15 year old son travels a lot, I have to admit this was one of the most cozy places that we have ever stayed. It was like no other place, that we have ever visited.

This is defintely a property that we will surely visit again.
Enjoy your vacation at the Ariel Dunes II, because we sure did.
