Our beautiful, professionally furnished, 2,600 sq.ft., 5 Bed 3 Bath single story home, is located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Community, only an 11 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the major Orlando attractions.
The home has numerous special features; 2 Master Suites, a Big Screen 60" TV with Surround Sound, a Games Room with a professional slate bed pool table, wood floors in many of the living areas and a west facing heated Pool & Spa with a totally fenced yard, with orange and lemon trees, offering total privacy.
The home consists of a Formal Sitting Room with comfortable leather furniture, a Games Room, a Family Room with leather furniture, a Big Screen 60" Cable TV with DVD, CD stereo and a surround sound system, a fully equipped Kitchen, a Breakfast Nook, a Laundry Room with washer & dryer and a 2 car garage with remotely controlled electric door.
The bedroom configuration consists of; a sumptuous King Master Suite with huge bathroom and Jacuzzi Tub, a Queen Master Suite with large bathroom with walk-in shower, 3 further Queen Bedrooms and a third Full Bathroom. All the bedrooms have Cable TV & DVD.
The pool & spa offer total privacy and facing west offers guests all day sunshine and spectacular views of the famous Florida sunsets.
The Highlands Reserve community offers a challenging 18 hole, Mike Dasher designed, championship golf course, an all-weather tennis court, a children's playground and a community swimming pool. Alongside the community is a strip mall containing a Publix Supermarket, a Chinese take-away and a Pizza Parlor.
Locally there is an excellent choice of restaurants all within a few minutes drive of the home and over 30 championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
