Our professionally furnished two story, 3,000 sq.ft home, is located in 'Sunrise
Our professionally furnished two story, 3,000 sq.ft home, is located in 'Sunrise Lakes', only a 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions.
On the lower floor there is; a Formal Sitting Area with a professional slate bed pool table, a Family Room with Big Screen Cable TV with DVD & a CD stereo system, a Dining Area, a fully equipped Kitchen and a Laundry Room with washer & dryer.
The bedroom configuration consists of; the lower floor has a Queen Bedroom with a bathroom next door, on the second floor there is a King Master Suite, a King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 1 Twin Bedrooms all with Cable TV/DVD. Also on the second floor is a further Full Bathroom.
The heated swimming pool & spa have great views over a conservation area and there is a large covered lania for those guests that like a bit of shade.
Within Sunrise Lakes there is a community swimming pool, a small Cabana and a childrens playground.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

INFORMATION BOOK
Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
