HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM(s)?:
Brooklyn Hospitality requires a Security/Damage Deposit via PayPal to reserve a Room(s). You do not need a PayPal account. Should you wish to proceed, I’ll forward an invoice that includes a link to the Paypal website. From there you can choose your form of payment (credit card, bank account or paypal account). After payment is confirmed you will receive, by email, a receipt, the full address and directions from JFK Airport by car. Please let us know if you need directions from LaGuardia Airport or Newark Airport. The balance is due, in cash, when you arrive at Zen.
Security/Damage Deposit:
A Security/Damage Deposit will be sent to you - via Paypal - that is to be paid to secure the reservation. The Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hrs after departure, if there are no damages to the property. Smoking is not allowed in the property – if it appears smoking has taken place you will forfeit your deposit.
What is the Cancellation Policy?:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel within seven days after the deposit has been paid to reserve your Room(s). If you cancel after seven days, you will receive a refund if your Room(s) is re-booked for the time period canceled. Of course, we will do our best to re-book the Room(s).
