The house is bright, clean and newly painted with 2 living areas, cable TV, full bath with tub, master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with twin bed and trundle. Full size stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Appliances include: full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, clothes washer/dryer. All towels and linens can be supplied at additional fee. Backyard has patio set. Large yard. Owners nearby for your peace of mind. optional Free 13 beach pass included! (extra deposit required). Lovely Cape Cod rental

Our family of four (2 children ages 6 and 8) rented this cottage in July 2008. It was the perfect size, very well-maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage has an ample sized yard for outdoor play, barbecues, and is within walking distance (an easy 15 minute stroll) to a great family friendly beach with ocean and bay sides from which to choose. We were within close driving distance to Hyannis and other Cape Cod venues if you wish to explore a bit. All in all, it was a fabulous place to stay for first time visitors to the Cape Cod area. We will definitely go back!
