Classic new stone house with several enclosed porches. Tile and hardwood floors, Fantastic, beautiful ocean and mountain views. Located in the historical and ancient part of Greece. The island of Peloponese. Country, oceanfront location. Attractive cable flat-screen 42 inch (100cm) TV. Beautiful sandy beaches 10 min walk., 5 min by car to town Filatria. Half an hour to the famous see-port Pilos. 1 hour car-ride to Kalamata airport, 3,5 car ride to Athen's airport. Available rentals on weekly, weekends, and or monthly basis. Rental rates based on the season and rental occupancy.
