This brand new condominium resort is located on the banks of 400 acre Lake Bryan just off of Exit 68 from I-4. The resort is less thank one mile from the entrance to Walt Disney World. Sea World is just 3 miles from the resort and Universal Studios is only about 7 miles away. The Orlando Convention Center can be reached within a 10 minute drive and numerous other attractions and restaurants are in close proximity including Dolly Parton's Dixie Land Stampede. Golf enthusiasts this resort is for you! There are over 30 golf courses within 25 minutes. Dining and shopping including outlet malls are just a few minutes away. Front desk management is on site for convenient check-in. The large pool area and tiki hut provide you with a very relaxing setting after a long day at the convention or the parks. Lake Bryan offers you the opportunity to boat, jet ski, or just enjoy the view. The fitness center and game room are located just off the pool area.

Blue Heron Resort- Pretty decent experience

Description was accurate and the condo was beautiful. Property was clean and the owner was great to deal with. But-- the service staff at the resort left something to be desired. When we arrived at 4:00 check-in condo was not ready. We returned at 4:25 and condo was still 30 minutes from being ready. Considering we had just arrived from a 17 hour drive we were not pleased. When we entered the condo the living areas were cooled but the bedroom was very HOT. Called maintenence and they checked the AC. My husband had already noted that the filter needed to be changed and instead of having a new one put in someone had pulled the filter up in order for air to still flow. Maintenance did put in a new filter and air flow increased but room was still fairly warm throughout the whole stay. Key cards were constantly not working and we had to trek from the 14th floor to the front desk to have re-keyed about 4 times. That was irritaing. Lastly, the putt-putt golf place next door had an annoying volcano that constantly generated a lot of noise and flames into all hours of the evening. Master bed also left much to be desired. Other than these irritating factors, stay was fine. View was amazing and pool was great. Condo was close the Disney and the restaruarnts were pretty good and close by.
